I didnt get the pens with the words I wanted, but I got such a lovely note from the seller as to why this was the case I couldnt possibly say anything bad. They also added a free pen by way of apology. Given current circumstances, I couldnt ask for better. The pens still look as expected, i havent tried them as they are a stocking filler for my grown up children! I feel bad putting 4 stars as the only reason for that is the words were not the same and I havent tried them. I didnt want to send them back as offered, times are hard enough and they tried their best. Thank you
